To facilitate the ease and speed in searching for the right or appropriate eaquipment, we therefore divide all equipment into different categories. In many instances, the naming of equipment category itself is quite apparent to the description of the equipment.
We begin with the category "Banquet Equipment" which is a rather general terms utilized for any equipment used for a Banquet.
This category in fact consists of majority of equipment in the different categories listed, e.g in a Banquet setup, on a buffet line, it is common to have chafing dishes, platters, serving gears, serving trays, etc. These named items are found in their respective category. Even glass wares can also be categorize as a part of Banquet Equipment. Tables, chairs and linens are also utilize for a Banquet.
